- Attend the most important raw material fairs in order to keep contacts and find new suppliers
- Attend the R&D meetings by our clients – understanding the new collections specific needs
- Collaborate closely with design in order to understand the collection and make suggestions as to the materials in the range selected are more suited to the specific item constructions present on the collections.
- Understanding the timing of the collections and the possibility of receiving the raw materials selected on time.
- Develop new items directly with the suppliers tailored to customer’s needs.
- Item approvals and colour approvals
- Masters for hand-off from development to production
- Meeting and documentations for hand-off from development to production of raw materials.
- Testing in advance when deemed necessary
- Pushing suppliers to deliver collection materials on time
